Nuer Community Development Services would like to invite its members to attend NCDS Ratification of the Bylaws.

Nuer Community Development Services, USA encourages all the members to be prompt in order to complete the ratification of NCDS Bylaws within the reasonable amount of time.



NB: Please refer to the information that was sent out on the August 1, 2009, by Secretary General regarding the specific guidelines on who has the right to attend the Bylaws ratification, folks as NCDS of U.S.A. 42nd board of Executives voted on issue last week, and that said, only the registered members will be allowed to attend the NCDS of U.S.A.'s bylaw ratification.
