The executives’ office of NCDS, U.S.A under leadership of Brown Both Bol is extremely thankful to all sons and daughters of great Nuer Community in general for their time and sacrifices to the Nuer Community organization. Particularly to the 93 registered NCDS members who made it to the general assembly meeting on Saturday, August 22, 2009 in Des Moines , IA. The NCDS office is obliged to say thank you for your participation in the Bylaws confirmation meeting.



To you, all the registered members who did not make it to the Bylaws ratification meeting and all Nuer Sons and daughters who are still not registered due to the reason that you were not aware of the ongoing Nuer Community registration or you have not been reached out by the registration officials, for your bold information, Nuer Community Bylaws have been officially ratified on Saturday, August 22, 2009 in Des Moines, IA. Now, NCDS is officially a membership community organization with Bylaws confirmed by the majority votes of its members. Registration is not closed up, anyone wishes to register is well come.



NCDS office will provide the Original copy of the confirmed Bylaw signed by NCDS President to the organization’s attorney before the end of this week for approval. After that, the NCDS office will receive the original copy of the Bylaw approved by the NCDS attorney and will finally be posted to the media for members to obtain copies for their personal records.
