Fighting in Nyirol County between the Polices and the soldiers.

It was reported that soldiers and the polices clashed yesterday in Nyirol county. !2 people were dead and 16 were wounded as a result of the clash in Jonglei, county of Nyirol.

The polices and the soldiers clash where they were drinking their local wine in the area. At some points, the argument happened between each others/groups. Then the argument results into the two group firing guns to each others. Civilian intervene to help out the polices, but the situation went out of hand. The situation is now under control and both soldiers' patients, civilian and the polices' patients are in the haspitals. It is reported that normal activities are resumed and nothing worse to spread.

That was an embarrassing News. Why should the government soldiers and police services men clashed for the simple matter? And if that is the case, who will protect those civilians if the their protectors won't obey the laws and regulations. What if those civilian wouldn't obey the rule, should they (soldiers) be trusted to provide rule and laws assigned for them.
