All ten States in the South Sudan have insecure, based on daily information and the killings of innocents. The insecure existed to every area defended on the following. The states of South are Central, East and Western Equatorial, North and West Bahr al-Gahazal, Lake State, Warab, Junglei, Unity State, and Upper Nile. These are all South Sudan administrative offices that work in Juba Capital of South, and the population just about 15 an half million. Whereas more than 2 and half million people have died and others more than 4 an half million are internally displaced and have become refuge as civil war contact. For the intention of insecure brought all individuals become hopeless and empty minded to focus on new tranquility in south Sudan.



Back for the start of CPA our people Southern Sudanese put their attention on unity as only way to get success for. But today, the wrong ruling party (SPLM) and the corruption people become enemies of other citizens in the country. South Sudan Democratic Forum claims that SPLM itself has to be serious and listen to the all claims of people against insecure. As all Southern Sudanese experiences about this situation, it looks obvious as traditional wars of tribal groups which approximately count in low level.

However, the insecure of States wouldn’t be so just end up, especially the Junglei State situation which recently lost Wildlife officers and money for Nyirol County. This wouldn’t be count on civilians themselves, it must be condemned on SPLM leadership in South Sudan. Therefore, the appointment of Lt Gen. Kuol Manyang Juuk as Governor of Junglei State seemed as an end of Junglei problem yet the Civilians killing each other, evasion the Cattle and looting the things for the people. To put this in action, SPLM should deploy enough military forces from dangerous areas in South, whereas the road must be under constructing.



The insecure in South causes the shortage of food, water and some basic needs; it is now a big problem for the people. In some major areas in South, you could see lot of damaged for the flood and so on, such as Western and Eastern zone. The GOSS didn’t take a look and think further for the severe of lowland like Aweil East and other areas. However, if the GOSS wouldn’t think deep about these occurrences, there is no future to be mentioned for the coming accomplishment.



As last flood happened GOSS didn’t do anything, SSDF in Canada doubts it. Again, the areas which have been a flood damaging, Aweil, Gogrial, Twic Counties and again in the eastern Zone Nyirol, Uror, Waat Diror, and Akobo. The insecure continually intended in Nyirol, Waat, Uror continue to Bor and Ayod.



In another hand, the poor households in any areas in the South Sudan have faced the Shortage of Food and rarely talking about on education. To know this situation more in Junglei State itself, food is hard to get meaning that food prices is increasing because of insecure against people. Based on that how does the GOSS thinks will be comfort road for peace? The people of South Sudan always on the media and elsewhere blame the government of South. That coming in the beliefs of government‘s power to the people, the people know that all the forces are under the govt. No one has avoided the government information; every one of them knows it.



The all conflicts from Junglei State now bring a risk to the people; traders are not go and come back, police officers and not yet trained. Everything in Junglei comes against people who are living far away from the Bor city. The insecure of Junglei isolated the people from the market, and other based for poor. South Sudan Democratic Forum in Diasporas is extremely wanted the GOSS to be watchful to any movement against the people. South Sudan fought the long civil war about fifty year, yet no any peace among communities in the South Sudan.



To close it, SSDF needs the GOSS to take action as soon as possible with the result of using the military forces and deploy them to the insecurity areas. Second to this, Nyirol County which lost its Wildlife officers and the money might be a top priority of GOSS decision within this short period of time. Because the money needed to start the work and other that concerning for Nyirol county. The govt must be aware about food problem in the south, that food problem brought up about insecure and other things such as corruption and so on.
